My approach is to assess each individual’s goals to work out the best suited, personalised management plan to:
1) Decrease pain.
2) Improve function.
3) Optimise lifestyle (nutrition, mindset, stress, sleep).
As a chiropractor, I specialise in the treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction,
in particular that of the spine.
I use a variety of techniques, based on how each individual responds.
This includes: spinal and extremity joint manipulation, mobilisation, foot and gait assessments, functional muscle testing, sacro-occipital techniques (using pelvic blocks), deep tissue massage/trigger point therapy, dry needling/acupuncture, kinesiotaping and personalised exercise programs.
I offer Health & Lifestyle Coaching, through a guided 12 week program.
